Eliza Misiecka, PhD

Founder and head of the GENESIS PR agency, since 1994 in the PR industry. Lecturer at the Cracow University of Economics and the Institute of Journalism at the University of Warsaw. For many years he has been a member of the jury of the Golden Clips and Stevie IBA competitions in the USA. The projects she led have received 17 industry awards – including 11 international IPRA and IBA in the categories of Investor Relations, Public Affairs, Crisis Management.

A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw and doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She obtained her PhD in humanities at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw, under the supervision of Prof. Jerzy Olędzki.

EURONEXT AMSTERDAM

GENESIS PR as the only PR agency in Poland carried out a campaign supporting the IPO at EURONEXT Amsterdam.

InPost’s IPO at EURONEXT Amsterdam is historically the first IPO of a company with Polish on this market, historically the largest IPO of a company from Polish and the largest IPO of a technology company in Europe. The value of the IPO amounted to EUR 3.22 billion, i.e. PLN 14.5 billion. The issue price was equal to the maximum and amounted to EUR 16. All offered shares were declared for purchase within 20 minutes from the start of subscriptions, therefore the subscription period for shares was shortened. The company’s valuation at the issue price amounted to EUR 8 billion, i.e. PLN 36 billion. InPost is the leading technology platform for e-commerce deliveries in Europe.

InPost’s IPO at EURONEXT Amsterdam required global coordination and parallel communication in 3 markets: the UK, the Netherlands and Poland. The key was the positioning of InPost as a leading technological platform for e-commerce deliveries in Europe, operating in Poland and Great Britain. The success of the IPO was the most important element of the further development of InPost in Europe.

The strategy included strengthening InPost, brand recognition and credibility, increasing brand value both in Poland and in Europe, providing greater financial flexibility through access to a wider range of options to raise capital, building value for current and future shareholders and providing existing shareholders with a partial return on investment.
