ROBYG Group: 2570 units sold in 2019

In 2019 ROBYG Group sold 2570 units net in Warsaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw. It means that the target set for 2019 at the level of approx. 2300 units has been completed. ROBYG Group will recognize in revenues in 2019 app. 2850 units – which is in line with the adopted handover schedule. The company's sales potential for the next quarters is high – currently the company offers over 1,600 premises and land resources allow the construction of approximately 16,500 apartments. In 2019, ROBYG invested in a land bank in 4 cities – Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań – over PLN 330 million, which allows for construction of approximately 335 thousand. PUM. At the end of 2019, the company had 5,900 apartments under construction.


ROBYG in the first half of 2019 expanded its area of operations to Poznań, where it purchased a plot of land in Ostrów Tumski. In total the potential of building in Poznan amounts at 2300 premises and over 20 000sqm of services venue. The ROBYG Group has 21,000 premises sold and over 63,000 satisfied customers.


„The year 2019 confirmed the unflagging demand for housing in Poland. Undoubtedly, developers with an extensive offer and a large number of various premises for sale had an advantage. In 2019, the ROBYG Group significantly increased the geographical scope of operations – we entered the Wrocław and Poznań markets. Thus, we operate in four key cities in Poland. We estimate that in 2020 the costs of materials and construction works for 2020 will stabilize – which should help keep prices close to 2019. The development market is more and more demanding – both due to the legal and financial regulations as well as increasing requirements. Obtaining land banks will be one of the most important challenges for developers – and the leading entities that are able to sign contracts for large areas have an advantage. The Monetary Policy Council has already announced that interest rates will remain unchanged - which allows to estimate that demand – including investment demand – for new housing will continue. Our results in 2019 are very satisfactory – on behalf of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, we thank our clients for their trust and recommendations, as well as employees and contractors for their commitment” – stated Eyal Keltsh, vice-president of the Management Board of ROBYG SA.


Key activities in 2019:

  • Intensification of activity in Wrocław – ROBYG has entered into sales app. 296 units in 2019
  • Initiating new investments in Warsaw: Mój Ursus, Praga Arte, City Sfera (Włochy), Apartamenty Królewskie (Wilanów), Życzliwa Praga (Tarchomin), as well as in Gdańsk – Park Południe
  • Obtaining the BREEAM In-Use International certificate at the "Excellent" level for the ROBYG Business Center office building in Warsaw's Wilanów
  • Introducing a new product – micro-apartments. The first investment of this type will be built in Warsaw’s Włochy. Two Modern Space buildings will contain 402 units with areas from 16 – 38 sq m
  • Public offering of unsecured PC series bonds with a total value of up to PLN 100 million. The offer was addressed only to qualified investors1. This is the third issue of bonds under public offering – two priors have reached the amount of 360 million zł and were completed in 2018.

In the first half of 2019, the ROBYG Group recorded revenues of PLN 420 million. Net profit amounted to nearly PLN 50 million, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company PLN 36 million.
