The ROBYG Group is launching the next stage of the City Sfera investment. It will cover 89 units with areas from 30 m2 to 90 m2. Construction will start in Q2 2020, and completion is planned for Q4 2021. All premises in standard, without additional costs, will be equipped with the Smart House system – which increases comfort and safety of use, and reduces operating costs.
Currently, the Group's sales offer in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław includes approximately 1900 units – it is constantly supplemented with new stages and investments. ROBYG is already conducting development activities in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław. It also has an investment area in Poznań enabling the construction of approximately 1 400 premises. ROBYG means over 20 000 units sold and 60 000 satisfied customers. The company's sales potential for the next quarters is high – the land resources enable the construction of approximately 14 000 apartments.

City Sfera is perfectly located – near the city center, on the border of Ochota, Wola and Włochy. It is a well-connected part of the city, from which it is easy to get to work – but also to the entertainment part of Warsaw – regardless of the chosen means of transport. The area itself resembles English garden cities, characterized by architecture in friendly sizes and care for the surrounding greenery.
All ROBYG apartments come equipped in standard with modern Smart House technology. Customers do not have to pay any additional fees for this solution. Smart House allows for remote control over home electronics, heating, as well as a security system.
The ROBYG Group also introduced a new product – micro-apartments. The first investment of this type will be built as part of the City Sfera project in Warsaw's Wola district. 402 premises with areas ranging from 18 to 38 m2 will be built in 2 Modern Space buildings. The commencement of the investment is planned for the beginning of 2020. Such premises are a modern form of investing and an excellent financial deposit. Micro-apartments are an attractive solution, among others for people looking for a comfortable place close to the workplace, or during studies with the prospect of further renting after their completion.
In the first half of 2019, the ROBYG Group recorded revenues of PLN 420 million. Net profit amounted to almost PLN 50 million, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company PLN 36 million. In the first half of 2019, the company had 3,850 premises under construction in 3 cities and contracted land for PLN 140 million - thanks to which it has sales potential for approximately 14.000 premises. In addition, in the first half of 2019, it expanded its area of operations to Poznań – where it purchased a plot of land in Ostrów Tumski with the potential of building 1400 premises. After three quarters, the Group sold 1853 net premises.
