The ROBYG Group is observing unrelenting demand for flats - in Q1 2018, the Group's contracting amounted to 914 units, which meant continuation of the 2017 trend. In upcoming months, the Group expects that these trends will be maintained, because the situation on the market is still good. In subsequent quarters, sales will remain at a high level, among others due to relatively low interest rates. High interest of buyers requires constant development of the portfolio of developers' offers. The ROBYG Group - operating in Warsaw and Gdańsk - currently has over 1,000 units in the Warsaw offer. At the same time, the very good matching of the offer to market needs is evidenced by the fact that as much as 95% of ROBYG's apartments are sold in the early stages of the investment.
„There are still not enough apartments per 1000 inhabitants in Poland. Poles systematically improve their housing conditions, but we are still far from the average in the European Union. The most important criterion for future buyers are location and price. Poles are eager to buy two-room apartments, three-room and studio apartments hold further positions. The square footage is not everything - buyers also pay attention to transportation network and the environment - green areas and infrastructure - like schools, health facilities and shops"- says Joanna Chojecka, Sales Director at ROBYG SA.
