ROBYG Group - one of the leaders of the Polish development market - is introducing new apartments for sale in the third stage of the Forum Wola housing estate. There are 227 apartments waiting for clients, in square footage ranging from 30 m2 to 120 m2 and 5 service premises. Forum Wola is being built at the corner of Jana Kazimierza and Goleszowska streets, next to the Odolany Park - created by ROBYG Group. According to the plan, the construction of the investment will commence in Q1 2019, while the expected completion of works falls on Q3 2020. Approximately 900 apartments will be built in the whole project.
“Forum Wola - since the inauguration - enjoys unflagging interest among people looking for a flat. There were so many questions about the possibility of buying a flat that we have decided to accelerate the schedule of launching of sale subsequent stages. In this investment approximately 900 residential apartments will be built in total and rich cultural and service facilities. Properties offered on the development market sell in the early stages. Persisting very high demand for flats and growing problems with land for development are the main reasons behind higher prices. For developers, this is a favorable situation because buyers are more and more fiercely competing for their dream apartment" says Joanna Chojecka, sales director at ROBYG in Warsaw.
