The ROBYG Group received permission to build the next stage of the Wola Forum investment. In this phase - in two buildings - 141 residential units and 7 service units will be built along with a kindergarten and an underground garage. Residents will have a wide range of services located at the housing estate at their disposal, access roads and green public realm. In this phase of the project, premises with square footage ranging from 29 to 117 m2 will be built, starting at PLN 6950 per m2. The construction works will start in Q1 2018, while the anticipated completion of works falls on Q2 2019. The Wola Forum in its entirety - like all ROBYG projects - will be equipped with the Smart House system in standard, at no additional cost. Approximately 900 units in total will be built in the whole investment.
