ROBYG Group: The average residential area of apartments in Poland is approximately 74 m²

ROBYG Group systematically adjusts the offer to the habits and needs of buyers. Market trends indicate that the average residential area of apartments in Poland is increasing and at the end of 2017 it totalled 74m², with 2-room and 3-room apartments being the most popular. More than 1,000 units are currently in ROBYG’s offer in Warsaw, of which more than 82 % are apartments with the residential area ranging up to 74 m² – so in the most popular segment – in the latest investments, like Modern City in Bemowo, Praga ARTE in Praga and City Sfera in Wola, among others. The prices of apartments start at PLN 6999/m². One can familiarise oneself with Robyg’s current portfolio during the Open Day in sales offices on November 10th (from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m).

"ROBYG not only constantly monitors the needs of future clients, but also market trends. The inquiries we receive in our sales offices and the residential areas of the purchased apartments confirm that the trend from 2017 is maintained, and 2-3-room apartments up to around 70m² are bestsellers. Such area allows for a very efficient planning of the living space and the layout of a flat with separate bedrooms and a day zone intended for rest and preparation of meals. One of the most important design criteria in the ROBYG Group is functionality – our architects make sure to make the best use of every square meter of the apartments – for the convenience of the residents. Our latest investments have been designed with that in mind: Modern City, Praga ARTE and City Sfera, with which one can familiarise oneself during the next Open Day” - says Joanna Chojecka, Sales Director in ROBYG Group in Warsaw.
