Market trends indicate that the average residential area of apartments in Poland is increasing and at the end of 2017 it totalled 74m², with 2-room and 3-room apartments being the most popular. More than 1,000 units are currently in ROBYG’s offer in Warsaw, of which more than 82 % are apartments with the residential area ranging up to 74 m² – so in the most popular segment – in the latest investments, like Modern City in Bemowo, Praga ARTE in Praga and City Sfera in Wola, among others.
