The estate will ultimately consist of approximately 1,000 apartments. The commencement of construction works at this stage is scheduled for Q4 2018 and they are to last until Q2 2020. One can familiarize oneself with the offer of ROBYG Group during the Open Days this Saturday, October 13 (from 10.00-17.00) in all sales offices.
“On the Warsaw housing market, we have been observing growing demand for several years, especially for units with good value for money. Warsaw is a constantly growing agglomeration that is attractive to new residents – in terms of the number of jobs and access to educational and cultural facilities, among others. These people are looking for units in areas with well-developed road network, that’s why ROBYG decided to implement a project in bliski Tarchomin. Życzliwa Praga house estate is a new direction in which housing construction should follow. The estate is focused on and created with the comfort of residents in mind. As part of this stage, 93 units will be built and the entire investment assumes building a total of about 1000 apartments - surrounded by greenery and acknowledging the tradition of the district" – said Oscar Kazanelson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ROBYG SA.
